okay, so this whole eating babies thing is a bit unnerving, but that's the glory of the satire.
Jonathan Swift was so fed up with the state of things when he was alive that he decided to
mock the way things were done in the government. eating babies is a horrible idea, because,
obviously, you end up eating children, which iscompletely inhuman. The point
here is that it would be a great idea, in that it saves the economy,
by solely using pre-existing goods to save the country.

anyway, just take this whole essay as a work of hilarious fiction,
attacking the government and the way they do things. Jonathan Swift
wanted people to think for themselves, and was certain that they
acted better outside of a central government. Smart guy, huh?
