I, Matt Gauck, have chosen to agree with Johnathan Swift's theorized direction of
the social-economy interplay from 1729. Swift presented an idea i will
span over the next 3 pages about how to solve one of our nations/worlds biggest
and most challenging problems.

This idea provides homeless children with a purpose (other than begging
in the streets), and at the same time enhances the national economy and living
situation of the middle and upper class.

Think about it this way: if you could enact a plan that would guarantee
never seeing a helpless mother with 6 or 7 children (who will undoubtedly
grow into a life ot theivery and larceny) living in the streets, and would
also turn those children into functioning members of society,
could you do it?

If that was a 'yes', then ask yourself the following question
